SVM Website Disclosure of May 30, 2024:

Siddha Vetha Multiversity, a New Jersey Non Profit Corporation (SVM) is an academic research institute that seeks to maximize the outcomes of its respective direct efforts, endowments and sponsorships by charging the lowest feasible facilities and administrative (F&A) overhead on its collaborations and then only to the extent required. Currently SVM’s F&A overhead rate is 10% and it is uniformly applied is applied to all costs (Total Direct Costs, or TDC), unless SVM itself or the applicable sponsor specifically excludes certain cost categories. In these cases, a formal F&A waiver or reduction request is NOT required. SVM appreciates that its partner collaborators will seek to match the SVM F&A overhead rate, impose a lower rate or exclude certain cost categories, if feasible, in their respective collaborations with SVM.
