Mithul Raghu is a rising junior at Green Hope High School, Cary, North Carolina, he is sixteen years old. He earned third place in the Congressional App Challenge for his innovative idea to provide stress management for students in high school. He also has a strong passion for learning new topics and has interest in sports, including volleyball, soccer, skiing, and table tennis. He currently plays volley ball at state level. He also has a black belt in Tae kwon do.

Subject: The topic of your research : Hinge Motions and Receptor Interactions of TNF-α in Arthritis Progression
My name is Diksha Dinesh Kumar, and I am a sophomore at Edison High School in New Jersey. My involvement with the SKY Yoga organization sparked a deep interest in yoga, meditation, and holistic living, which led me to pursue a Diploma in Yoga at Vethathiri Maharishi College. Through this program, I gained a profound understanding of the connection between a healthy body and mind. Following that, I enrolled in the Siddha Vetha YEIKCA course, where I explored topics such as the vegan lifestyle, healthy habits, and ancient science. I also had the opportunity to research Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNF-a), a protein associated with excessive inflammation and diseases like arthritis. In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, reading books, and spending time with my friends. I am deeply grateful to my professors for their guidance in my research project and for helping me expand my knowledge in Eastern medicine.

My name is Sruthika Pillai and I am a senior in high school, currently attending Fairfax High School in Fairfax, VA. I have a passion for learning more about transdisciplinary sciences and my goal is to investigate more about integrated medicine, bringing ancient knowledge into the modern world. My academic pursuits are mainly in the STEM field, specifically in Biology and Human Anatomy. Some of my other interests include ancient therapeutic dance form such as Bharatnatyam and Mohiniyattam, volunteering at my local hospital, and I am currently doing research in various fields of science such as therapeutic emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and nanoscience.

Shruti Balamurugan is an undergraduate researcher at Emory University pursuing a degree in neuroscience and behavioral biology. Currently, she is a part of the Emory School of Medicine Opthalmology research division, with research interests in the effects of circadian rhythms and light spectra on myopic development. She is interested in developing integrative practices of healing using holistic photoillumination therapy, bridging the gap between ancient and modern sciences.

Subject:The Impact of Dietary Choices on Mental Well-Being: Comparing Unprocessed and Processed Foods
Hello, I’m Avantika Terali, also known as Avi, a senior at John P. Stevens High School. I’m deeply passionate about the environment and committed to social justice advocacy. My research explores how dietary choices impact mental well-being, comparing the effects of unprocessed versus processed foods. By using the Dietary Inflammatory Index (DII) and integrating ancient dietary principles, the study shows that unprocessed foods improve mood stability and energy levels, while processed foods are linked to mood disorders and fatigue. In my spare time, I enjoy writing, drawing, playing the violin and piano, crocheting, and baking. I also actively participate in theater. I love listening to punk, rock, indie, jazz, and K-pop music and exploring literature.

Oral Presentations:
- Keep your presentation within an 8-10 minute timeframe.
- Use simple, high-contrast slides and adhere to the 6-6-6 rule: a maximum of 6 words per bullet, 6 bullets per slide, and 6 text slides in a row.
Poster Presentations:
- Poster dimensions: 2x3 feet (Width x Height).
- Be available at your poster during assigned times for discussions and questions.
- Ensure your poster is self-explanatory and visually appealing.
